During the discovery phase, as a prospective client you will work closely with us to deep dive into your strategic program objectives and data landscape to determine the potential to complete a Predictive Behavioral Analytics project.

The deliverable is a presentation detailing the data landscape, how that can align to the strategic objectives and where the gaps are, if any. You will also receive a roadmap and costs for a Predictive Analytics Project.

STEP TWO - PROOF OF VALUE

The POV phase of the project seeks to understand the emotional impact of the experiences that you are providing along the customer journey.

The deliverable is a report which identifies the key moments that matter, what emotion does that drive within your customer base and how does that link to subsequent behavior and measurable outcomes. We will also provide a projected ROI for the program.

STEP THREE - PILOT

In order to ensure the efficacy of the predictive models within your business we recommend piloting within a single, substantial, business unit in order to test the predictive modelling end to end. This will allow you to run the models across a segment of customers and use that insight to drive test marketing, retention and experience optimization projects.


We would anticipate at this stage that measurable financial value will be delivered from the platform

STEP FOUR - PRODUCTION

At this point in the process the predictive models and linkage to outcomes have been demonstrated and it is time to move into a regularly running predictive model of all the customer base.


This will be run on the anthrolytics Digital Empathy as a Service platform to provide constant insights.


The full production program will be augmented with our advisory services, which will vary according to your needs.
